How It Works:

Referral Program Terms Acknowledgment

By participating in the Essentia Being™ Referral Program, you agree to the terms outlined below. This program rewards existing clients for referring new clients to our services while maintaining fairness and integrity. Eligibility: Your referral must be a new client who has never booked a session with Essentia Being™. Earning Discounts: You will receive 10% off your next session only after your referred client has completed their first booked appointment. Discount Usage: Referral discounts cannot be stacked or combined on the same session but may be applied one at a time to future bookings. Discounts expire 90 days after issuance if unused. Free Session Reward: Once you have successfully referred five (5) new clients, you will earn one free session (choice of Coaching or Colon Hydrotherapy). This free session cannot be transferred, combined, or redeemed for cash. Tracking & Notifications: Essentia Being™ will track your referrals and notify you via email when your discount or free session is available. If you have questions regarding your referral status, you may contact hello@essentiabeing.com. Program Modifications: Essentia Being™ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any abuse or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program. By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting your referral, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Terms & Conditions

𖧷 Your referral must be a new client and must complete their session for you to qualify.
→ The person you refer must be someone who has never booked a session with Essentia Being™ before. They must complete their first coaching or colon hydrotherapy session for you to receive your referral discount.

𖧷 Referral discounts cannot be combined or stacked on the same session but can be applied to future bookings.
→ If you refer multiple people, you will earn multiple 10% discounts, but you cannot use multiple discounts on a single session. Instead, each discount must be applied one at a time to separate future bookings.

𖧷 Discounts expire 90 days after issuance if unused.
→ Once your referral’s session is completed, you will receive a 10% discount that must be used within 90 days (3 months). If you do not use it within this time frame, the discount will no longer be valid.

𖧷 Free session reward applies once 5 referred clients have completed their sessions.
→ If you refer 5 different new clients, and each of them completes a session, you will earn one completely free session (either one coaching session or one colon hydrotherapy session, depending on your preference).
→ Your free session does not expire, but it cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or products.

Quick Example to Show How It Works:

You refer 1 friend → You get 10% off your next session.
You refer 2 more friends → You now have three separate 10% discounts to use on future sessions.
You refer a total of 5 friends → Instead of a 6th discount, you earn a completely FREE session!
