Return Policy

Our Commitment: At Essentia Being, we craft high-quality, handcrafted herbal products with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our herbal products, there are specific guidelines for returns.

Returns:

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused herbal products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any herbal products that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service at hello@essentiabeing.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • We will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@essentiabeing.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the nature of herbal products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

  • Custom or personalized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sales are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
